The most common problem in student residence is missing a deadline: the extension application must be filed before the permit expires, and the transition period allowed after graduation is limited. Setting the calendar early closes off these risks.

It is issued for foreign nationals who will study associate, bachelor's, master's or doctoral programs at a higher education institution in Türkiye.
